Process Worker

Programmed is seeking reliable and motivated Process Workers to join a reputable manufacturing operation. This hands-on role plays a key part in the production and packaging process, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production and packaging machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Monitor production lines and maintain quality standards.
• Conduct routine quality checks and report any issues.
• Package finished products to customer and site specifications.
• Meet daily production and performance targets.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
• Assist with general production and manufacturing duties as required.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a production, process work, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
• Experience operating production or packaging machinery is highly regarded.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual handling tasks.
• Ability to lift and move cartons throughout the shift.
• Current Driver's Licence (essential).
